DUBAI: myAster, the UAE’s leading health, beauty and wellness superapp, has launched an innovative AI-powered feature — myBeauty Lens — offering advanced skin analysis and tailored skincare recommendations directly through the app. The new feature aims to revolutionise how users in the region manage their skin health by combining real-time environmental data with deep skin diagnostics.

Using computer vision, myBeauty Lens analyses over eighteen key skin metrics and one hundred sub-metrics, including facial texture, tone, pigmentation, and more. Users simply input their skin type and key concerns — such as acne, fine lines, or uneven tone — and the tool generates a complete skincare routine. Unique to the UAE, the app also takes local climate factors like humidity, temperature, and pollution into account.

The output is a fully customised morning and evening skincare regimen with direct in-app product ordering, ensuring a seamless wellness journey for users.
