Dubai’s 11th Pre-Owned Boat Show draws over 5,000 visitors and showcases more than 64 vessels, highlighting strong investor confidence and marine sector growth.

DUBAI: The 11th edition of the Pre-Owned Boat Show in Dubai wrapped up with record-breaking attendance and strong sales, further reinforcing Dubai’s position as a regional hotspot for marine leisure and luxury yachts. Organised by Viya Marine, a subsidiary of Dubai Golf, the three-day event welcomed over 5,000 visitors, including boating enthusiasts, marine investors, and first-time buyers.

Held under the theme “A Boat for Everyone,” this year’s show featured more than 50 local, regional, and global brands and showcased 64 yachts and boats — a 20 percent increase from the previous year. The wide range of exhibits catered to all price points, from affordable speedboats to high-end Italian yachts.

Standout vessels included the rare Riva Gucci, valued at AED3 million, and one of only 10 built worldwide, alongside the eco-friendly Greenline 40 Hybrid, which operates onboard amenities via solar-powered systems. Leading the luxury line-up was the Riva 82 Diva (2024), priced at AED30 million, while models like the Chapparel boat from the US, priced at AED68,000, showcased the event’s accessibility to new buyers.

Abdulla Ali Al Noon, Director of Special Projects at Dubai Golf and head of Viya Marine, praised the show’s impact: “This year’s edition reaffirmed Dubai’s leadership in the yacht and boat sector. The turnout and volume of deals concluded reflect investor trust in Dubai’s infrastructure, business environment, and role as a marine lifestyle destination.”

Organisers say the event’s success is a sign of Dubai’s growing reputation as a boating and yachting capital, supported by a strong ecosystem that includes modern marinas, smart marine services, and robust investor support.
