Emirates has launched its Emirates World store in Riyadh, offering an immersive travel planning experience and reinforcing its commitment to Saudi Arabia.
RIYADH: Emirates has inaugurated its latest Emirates World retail store in Riyadh, bringing an immersive, experience-led travel planning concept to Saudi Arabia’s capital. Located in the city’s heart, the 288-square-metre space blends personalised service with interactive tech to redefine how customers engage with the airline.
The new store offers a lounge-inspired atmosphere where visitors can explore Emirates’ onboard products like the First-Class suite and the A380 Onboard Lounge, receive expert travel advice, and enjoy interactive displays. Travel consultants are cross-trained to offer one-stop services including ticketing, Emirates Holidays, and Skywards support.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Saudi Arabia is one of Emirates’ most important markets. This flagship store transforms how customers experience our brand, offering personalised service and seamless travel solutions.”
The store was launched in the presence of Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Adil Al Ghaith, UAE Ambassador H.E. Matar Salem Al Dhaheri, and Ali Rajab from GACA, alongside trade and government partners. It also includes unique digital touchpoints such as a selfie mirror and self-service kiosks to reduce waiting times.
The Emirates World concept is designed to elevate the retail experience, positioning the brand as not just an airline but a premium travel partner. The Riyadh store builds on Emirates’ over three-decade presence in the Kingdom, where it operates 74 weekly flights connecting four Saudi cities to its global network.
In recent years, Emirates has deepened its presence in Saudi Arabia through the launch of premium lounges, Chauffeur-Drive Services, and the deployment of its latest aircraft models on Saudi routes.
The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, strengthening tourism, trade, and business connectivity between the UAE and the Kingdom.
