iCAUR brand Dubai launch showcases V27 and 03T SUVs, revealing bold GCC market plans and innovative hybrid designs.
Dubai: Chery Group has launched its new automotive brand, iCAUR, in Dubai, marking its first step into the Middle East market. The event saw the global debut of two hybrid SUVs — the iCAUR V27 and 03T — alongside a clear GCC growth strategy.
The V27 REEV, iCAUR’s flagship mid-to-large SUV, combines retro design with modern technology. Measuring over 5 metres long and nearly 2 metres wide and tall, it delivers a commanding presence. Its advanced range-extender hybrid system ensures impressive driving range and stability on varied terrains.
The iCAUR 03T REEV, a compact yet rugged SUV, features an intelligent all-wheel-drive system, a lightweight all-aluminium multi-cavity cage body, and 11 active safety features. Designed for versatility and driver confidence, it offers exceptional stability and traction.
iCAUR’s launch also introduced a modular customisation platform, enabling users to transform vehicles into pickup, convertible, or space exploration variants. Quick-release fenders, LEGO-style brake lamps, and over 100 plug-and-play accessories enhance personalisation. AI integration via the AiMOGA humanoid robot extends these features into lifestyle and mobility experiences, targeting a tech-savvy, youth-oriented audience.
Expansion plans were presented by Zhang Xiaolong, General Manager of Chery International Middle East, revealing partnerships with three leading distributors. Initial market entry will focus on the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain by late 2025, with broader GCC expansion to follow.
With Chery Group already exporting 5 million vehicles globally, iCAUR’s positioning as a premium, youth-focused EV and hybrid brand is set to make a mark in the Middle East automotive scene.
