Chef Ranveer Brar unveils Kissaghar in Dubai—an immersive dining and storytelling space blending Indian culture and culinary artistry.

DUBAI: Indian celebrity chef Ranveer Brar is set to expand his culinary footprint in the UAE with the launch of Kashkan – Kissaghar, a new immersive dining concept opening on 28th October at The H Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. The latest addition to the Kashkan brand, Kissaghar promises to transform traditional dining into a vibrant cultural experience infused with storytelling, art, and performance.

Dubbed a “House of Stories,” Kissaghar reflects Chef Brar’s creative vision and personal design sensibilities, inspired by his travels across India. The interiors showcase grand Mandalas, Lippan art, Dargah-inspired walls, and a striking Banyan tree centerpiece—each element narrating a tale of heritage and innovation. This multisensory space is designed to promote dialogue and community, offering more than just food.

With its unique blend of live music, performances, and evolving culinary themes, every night at Kissaghar is imagined as a “Season of Kashkan.” Chef Brar sees this as a space where nostalgia meets modernity, crafting a platform for food to act as a medium for storytelling and cross-cultural celebration.

The menu highlights a diverse selection of regional Indian dishes and Mumbai-style tapas. Reimagined as small plates, these creations offer familiar flavours with a contemporary twist, reinforcing Kissaghar’s commitment to keeping the dining experience fresh and engaging. Chef Brar calls it a tribute to Dubai—a city known for its diversity and openness to cultural fusion.

“Dubai has always embraced Kashkan warmly,” said Chef Ranveer Brar. “Kissaghar is our way of giving that affection back—a home for dialogue, performance, and culture, where the spirit and flavours of India meet Dubai in perfect harmony.”

This new venture positions Kissaghar not just as a restaurant but as a destination where culinary artistry becomes a celebration of community, memory, and identity.
