With over 2.8 million downloads, myAster is revolutionising healthcare access in the GCC, offering connected wellness, beauty, and medical solutions in one platform.

DUBAI: In just three years, myAster, the GCC’s leading omnichannel health, wellness, and beauty platform, has impacted over 5 million lives, with more than 2.8 million downloads since its 2022 launch. Aster DM Healthcare’s flagship digital platform is redefining how people across the UAE and beyond access personalised medical care, lifestyle support, and beauty solutions—directly from their phones.

The app connects users with 7 hospitals, 72 clinics, and over 680 doctors spanning 30+ specialties, offering instant GP consultations, homecare services, diagnostics, and lab bookings. With over 50,000 completed video consultations, users can speak to a general physician within 15 minutes—bringing seamless, trusted care within easy reach.

But myAster goes beyond medical access. The platform integrates preventive wellness and lifestyle tools, including personalised health profiles that track blood pressure, glucose, and risk indicators like smoking and diabetes. Users can access a digital Lab on App to view prescriptions, radiology results, and lab reports, all in one convenient space.

For holistic wellbeing, the app now includes guided breathing exercises and lifestyle tracking. In the beauty space, myAster hosts thousands of products, including curated K-Beauty skincare lines. A standout new feature is the myBeauty Lens, an AI-powered skin analysis tool that delivers personalised skincare routines based on 18+ skin metrics and environmental data. Products can be instantly purchased within the app and delivered in under 90 minutes across five Emirates—Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.

“We built myAster to put connected wellness in every hand,” said Nalla Kurunaithy, CEO, Digital Health & Omnichannel, Aster DM Healthcare. “Our mission is to redefine how people access care by offering a single platform that blends healthcare, prevention, and self-care with convenience and trust.”

Earlier this year, myAster also expanded into Saudi Arabia, introducing AI and Arabic voice-input features in partnership with Google Cloud. This enables users to describe symptoms in their dialect, receive culturally relevant care suggestions, and connect instantly to specialists—reinforcing Aster’s inclusive, tech-enabled healthcare vision.

As myAster continues to expand its reach and features, it stands as a prime example of how digital health innovation can transform lives by making care more accessible, personalised, and connected across every touchpoint.
