RAS AL KHAIMAH: Tissoli has signed a landmark agreement with legendary Italian design house Pininfarina to launch Palazzo Tissoli, a luxury residential development on Al Marjan Island, valued at AED 1.2 billion. This announcement marks the debut of Pininfarina’s architectural work in Ras Al Khaimah and reinforces the emirate’s growing status as a premium destination for global investment and luxury living.
Set on the pristine waterfront of Al Marjan Island, the Palazzo Tissoli launch introduces a unique fusion of Italian craftsmanship and resort-style lifestyle. Fully furnished with expansive views of the Arabian Gulf, the residences offer proximity to the island’s upcoming entertainment and leisure attractions, including major gaming and hospitality venues.
Architecturally inspired by the geometric contours of Ras Al Khaimah’s Hajar Mountains, Palazzo Tissoli is a blend of art and functionality, rooted in the design principles of Pininfarina’s 95-year legacy. Known globally for their work in automotive design and branded environments, Pininfarina brings their distinct Italian design DNA to the UAE through this project.
