Dubai: DP World has announced a strategic partnership with Atlantis Dubai Resorts to manage and optimise logistics for two of the UAE’s most prestigious hospitality destinations—Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. This collaboration will transform the resorts’ supply chain with innovative, end-to-end logistics solutions tailored for luxury hospitality operations.
The agreement covers the daily delivery of perishables, dry goods, and speciality items, with DP World handling nearly 7,000 pallets through its integrated network. The solution includes temperature-controlled storage, real-time cargo tracking, and advanced inventory systems, ensuring reliability and complete visibility across the logistics chain.
Atlantis Dubai’s supply chain spans over 60,000 unique items from nearly 70 countries, supporting the seamless service of tens of thousands of guests daily. From gourmet ingredients to high-end merchandise, the logistics partnership will enable the resorts to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while DP World manages the operational complexity behind the scenes.
Abdulla Bin Damithan, CEO & MD – DP World GCC, said the partnership reflects the growing importance of specialised logistics in the luxury hospitality segment. He noted that DP World’s scalable model enhances flexibility and efficiency for hotel operators.
Paul Baker, President of Atlantis, Kerzner International, said the agreement allows Atlantis to operate with greater agility, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to excellence. He added that the collaboration lays the foundation for future growth and expansion across the region.
While the current phase is focused on optimising inbound logistics and warehousing, both organisations are exploring broader collaboration opportunities in procurement and regional supply chain solutions. The move strengthens DP World’s growing role in the hospitality sector and highlights its expertise in handling complex, high-value supply chains.
