Bhubaneswar: India’s BCKIC 2025 Conclave invites UAE and GCC leaders to explore $10–50 billion in green investments, tech pilots, and policy alignment. BCKIC 2025 Conclave presents a high-impact gateway for Middle East-India collaboration on sustainability and Vision 2030 goals.

DUBAI: The Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster (BCKIC) is gearing up to host one of the most pivotal events for regional cooperation in sustainability. Scheduled for 21–22 November in India’s Bhubaneswar, the BCKIC 2025 Conclave is poised to unlock access to $10–50 billion worth of market opportunities in green infrastructure, technology, and policy-driven investments — tailored specifically for UAE and GCC leaders.

According to Dr. Mrityunjay Suar, Chairman of BCKIC, the summit will function as a strategic bridge between India’s $165 billion green economy and the Middle East’s capital strength, aiming to accelerate projects aligned with UAE Vision 2030 and Centennial 2071. “From water security to green hydrogen, this is not just another global summit — it’s a once-in-a-decade opportunity for the Middle East to lead the next wave of sustainability,” he noted.

As the UAE strengthens its position post-COP28 and India emerges from its G20 presidency, the convergence of their global momentum makes this event uniquely positioned. Key stakeholders from the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and NITI Aayog will lead panels and sessions, offering Middle Eastern delegates first-hand access to sustainability policy roadmaps and investment-ready projects.

One of the highlights of the BCKIC 2025 Conclave is its direct pipeline of over 50 Indian-developed technologies proven in conditions similar to the Middle East — including water reuse, waste-to-energy, and smart city innovations. These tech solutions are projected to reduce costs by up to 50% when compared with Western alternatives.

Furthermore, the conclave will see the signing of 20+ pre-arranged MoUs targeting co-investments in green ventures with attractive internal rates of return ranging from 15% to 25%. It will also feature live showcases of sustainable city models, a zero-waste hospitality setup, and local sourcing aligned with circular economy principles.

Dr. Suar emphasised that India and the GCC are at an inflection point: “The Middle East has capital and ambition. India has scale and innovation. Together, this partnership can reshape the future of sustainable growth.”

BCKIC 2025 Conclave is expected to serve as a landmark for Middle East-India economic diplomacy, setting the tone for decades of climate-smart collaboration.
