With the Dubai T100 Triathlon set for 13–16 November in Dubai, this four‑day festival of sport and celebration promises inclusive races, elite competition, live music and community vibes.
DUBAI: With just three weeks to go, the countdown is officially on for the Dubai T100 Triathlon — the headline event of the 30×30 Dubai Fitness Challenge. From 13 to 16 November, this city‑wide fitness festival will host elite athletes, fitness fans and the local community for a combination of high‑performance racing and inclusive fun.
On the competition front, the festival spans multiple formats for all levels. Thursday’s Duathlon Relay (teams of two or three) kicks things off. On Friday young athletes take centre stage with the School Aquathon at Jumeirah 3 Beach – Sunset combining beach‑swim and run for kids. Saturday includes a Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) for those inside the sport, and the feel‑good 5 km Music Run for fun‑lovers. Sunday crowns the weekend with the T100 Triathlon (2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run) where amateurs and international pros alike will race against Dubai’s iconic skyline.
But the Dubai T100 is far more than a race. It’s a festival. The spectator zone will be headlined by Irish Village, bringing licensed bar service into the Event Village alongside food trucks offering healthy snacks and indulgent treats, plus an ice‑cream van for that late‑night cooldown. Live entertainment runs throughout: loop pedal artist Dan Moores will perform Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, with DJs spinning the remainder of the weekend.
Families are catered for too. The shaded Kids Zone features The Big Red Slide, soft play, bouncy castles, VR games, arts & crafts and lawn‑games – making it a full‑day outing for all ages. Meanwhile the Race Village brings 15+ partner and sponsor activations, with interactive booths, samples, fitness challenges, photo ops and giveaways for both participants and spectators.
Spectators will find prime views from the Royal Bridge overlooking the cycling leg, while the Race Village offers multiple cheering opportunities as athletes pass through at least six times. In true festival style, spot‑prizes will go to the loudest fans, best‑dressed super‑fans and the most creative sign‑holders – with giveaways including bags, T‑shirts and more.
Upgrading your experience? Hospitality tickets are available for Sunday’s T100 action offering front‑row views, shaded seating, curated catering, unlimited soft drinks and up to three alcoholic beverages (age‑21+). Starting at AED 295 for the soft package and AED 395 for house‑beverage, plus AED 75 for kids aged 10 and under (0–3 attend free). Spaces are limited and bookings close 31 October.
In summary: whether you’re racing, spectating, supporting friends or simply soaking in the vibe, the Dubai T100 promises to be a landmark weekend. With elite formats and mass‑participation options, live music, food, family zones and ocean‑air energy, this is sport reinvented for the city.
