DUBAI: Emirates has signed an agreement with the DP World Tour, extending its role as the Official Airline and Marketing Partner of the prestigious golf tour until 2031. This long-term commitment solidifies Emirates’ support for a series of global tournaments, which culminate in Dubai with the renowned DP World Tour Championship.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting its impact on Dubai’s status as a world-class golfing destination. “Emirates’ continued investment in the DP World Tour will strengthen our ties with golf fans across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa, and Australia, enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a hub for top players and enthusiasts,” he stated.

Guy Kinnings, CEO of the DP World Tour, acknowledged Emirates as a longstanding partner. He emphasised the significance of this renewed partnership, noting that Emirates’ global reach supports the Tour’s vision of expanding golf’s appeal worldwide.

Throughout the multi-year partnership, Emirates will enjoy prominent branding visibility, marketing initiatives on the Tour’s media channels, and premium hospitality perks. The airline will also maintain Official Tournament Partner status for 15 events each season and continue sponsoring the Virtual Eye feature, providing detailed, real-time event coverage across various platforms.

Adding to fan engagement, Emirates will showcase the “Fly Better Moments” content, sharing key on-course highlights across digital channels.
