Warner Bros. Discovery teams up with OSN to launch their first themed kids pop-up channel in MENA featuring Tom & Jerry.

DUBAI: Warner Bros. Discovery and OSN have announced the launch of their first kids pop-up channel across the MENA region, set to go live from August 18 to 24. This exciting initiative comes as part of their strategic partnership revealed earlier this year and is designed to bring fun and nostalgia to young audiences and families alike.

The kids pop-up channel will honour the iconic animated duo Tom & Jerry as part of their 85th anniversary celebrations. The programming includes classic Tom and Jerry episodes along with a handpicked selection of Tom & Jerry family-friendly films. Fans can catch these entertaining shows both on television and through streaming.

The temporary pop-up will be accessible to eligible OSN subscribers on channel 7 via legacy OSN boxes and on channel 10 for Android boxes. In addition to linear broadcast, the content will also be available on-demand via the OSN OnDemand service and on the OSN+ app, allowing viewers to stream the full lineup from August 18 for an entire month.

This marks the first of many joint projects between Warner Bros. Discovery and OSN, focusing on co-producing original content and amplifying regional storytelling. The collaboration aims to deliver more culturally resonant content tailored for MENA viewers, supporting both local talent and international entertainment excellence.

With beloved characters and timeless adventures, this new kids pop-up channel underscores both brands’ shared commitment to innovative, family-oriented programming in the region.
