Danube’s Anis Sajan treats 100 workers to Saiyarra Dubai outing, sharing laughter, luxury, and cinema in a rare act of gratitude and inclusion.

Dubai: As Bollywood blockbuster Saiyarra continues to trend across the region, Danube Group Vice Chairman Anis Sajan took the buzz beyond social media, organising a Saiyarra Dubai outing for 100 of the company’s blue-collar workers. The initiative blended entertainment with gratitude, giving the company’s workforce a chance to unwind and be part of the cultural phenomenon.

Held at a prominent mall cinema in Dubai, the event offered luxury transport, refreshments, and reserved seating, making it a premium experience for the attendees. Sajan personally accompanied the group, creating an inclusive and uplifting environment. “This was about more than just watching a movie,” said Sajan. “It was about making them feel visible, appreciated, and included.”

The lucky draw selected 100 names from a 1,300-strong workforce, many of whom were experiencing a cinema hall for the first time. “I never imagined I’d watch a movie in a mall cinema, and with my boss no less,” said Mohammed Toufiq, a warehouse employee. “Social media got us excited about Saiyarra. Today, we lived that excitement.”

Kushi Alam, another worker, shared, “We laughed, we clapped, and for a few hours, we weren’t just labourers — we were part of something bigger.”

The gesture struck a chord in Dubai, a city built on shared dreams and diversity. The Saiyarra Dubai outing by Danube stands out as a heartfelt initiative that combined cultural celebration with deep appreciation — reminding everyone that inclusion can be as simple, and powerful, as watching a movie together.
