Dubai: Hans Zimmer, the famous composer who has won many Academy Awards, will perform live in Dubai again on May 31, 2024, at the Coca-Cola Arena.

Returning to Dubai, Zimmer will once again collaborate with singer Lisa Gerard, known for her original vocals in the film “Gladiator,” who also graced his 2023 Dubai shows. Last year, when Zimmer performed at the arena, it was a big hit. People from all walks of life came to enjoy his wonderful music.

The renowned two-time Academy Award winner, who has risen to celebrity status in recent years, will take the stage on May 31st at the Coca-Cola Arena, following the success of his sold-out concerts in 2023.

As “Dune: Part Two” prepares to hit screens across the Middle East starting February 29th, the concert offers fans in the region a chance to experience segments of the film’s music just a few months after its release.

Zimmer will be accompanied by his touring band of talented musicians, featuring Tina Guao on cello and Pedro Eustache on winds. Joining the lineup alongside Loire is Lebo M, whose distinctive voice was featured in “The Lion King.”

“I am really thankful for the love Dubai showed to my music during our first concert in the city,” said Zimmer to news agencies.

“I truly believe that music can speak to everyone, no matter what language they speak. Each piece of music is like a journey, and I feel lucky to share these musical stories with people all over the world.”

In this upcoming concert, Zimmer will perform with his talented band. Special guests like Lisa Gerard, Lebo M, and Loire, who have worked on Zimmer’s music before, will also join him.

“Watching Hans Zimmer Live in Dubai for the first time was amazing. The way his music touched people’s hearts was something special. So, we had to bring him back for another show, and this time, it’s going to be even better,” said Omar Saab, President of EVI.

“Hans Zimmer Live is more than just a concert; it’s a journey through music that stays with you forever. His music creates memories that people cherish.”

Tickets for the concert will be available for presale for 48 hours starting on February 21st on the Coca-Cola Arena website. General tickets will go on sale on February 23rd.

On May 31st, the doors will open at 7:00 PM, and the show will start at 9:00 PM Dubai time.
