DUBAI: Get ready for an action-packed month of fitness! Registrations for the 8th annual Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) are now open. Launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the DFC aims to make Dubai one of the most active cities in the world. This free, 30-day event encourages everyone to do 30 minutes of physical activity each day, from 26th October to 24th November.
With loads of activities planned, it’s time to join the challenge! Whether you visit fitness villages, join community events, or take part in mega events, DFC is all about staying active and supporting each other. You can even inspire others by sharing your journey on social media with #ShareYour30. Every move counts!

The DFC 2024 will feature three free fitness villages, including the popular DP World Kite Beach village, offering classes and workouts. New additions include the cycling-focused RTA Al Warqa’a Park village and Zabeel Park village, which caters to running and cycling enthusiasts.
In neighbourhoods like Bluewaters, DIFC, and Expo City, fitness hubs will provide fun activities, ensuring everyone can participate.
Weekends will offer unique experiences, including the Dubai Ride on 10th November and Dubai Run on 24th November, where you can cycle or run past iconic landmarks. Other exciting events include paddleboarding in Hatta and fitness sessions with celebrity trainers.
Throughout the month, there will be thousands of fitness classes and events across the city, with great offers on retail, gyms, and leisure attractions.
