DUBAI: Dubai Helishow 2024, the Middle East and North Africa’s premier event for helicopter, Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology, is gearing up with a newly formed Advisory Board to steer its strategic direction. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President & Prime Minister of the U.A.E and Ruler of Dubai, the Advisory Board brings together industry leaders and experts to guide the strategic direction of the event.
Scheduled from October 22-24, 2024, at Skydive Dubai, Dubai Helishow 2024 will showcase cutting-edge technologies in the helicopter, UAV, and VTOL sectors. This event aims to bring together leaders from civil aviation, search and rescue, police, commercial aviation, air cargo, homeland security, military, and defence sectors.

The event features three specialised shows:
- UAV Drone Show: Featuring the latest drone technology and applications.
- Dubai Air Medical and Rescue Show: Highlighting advancements in air medical services and search and rescue operations.
- Military and Homeland Security Show: Showcasing innovations and solutions for defence and security.
Maysoon Abulhoul, Chief Operating Officer of Domus Group, organisers of Dubai Helishow 2024, highlighted the importance of the Advisory Board in shaping the future of the VTOL industry. “With insights from these leaders, the Dubai Helishow will remain a pivotal platform for innovation and collaboration,” she noted.
