The Sharjah Classic Car Festival is set to captivate vintage car enthusiasts once again with its second edition from February 13 to 17. This five-day event, organised by the Sharjah Old Car Club (SOCC), will showcase rare automobiles while celebrating heritage, innovation, and community spirit.

With a lineup of curated pavilions, the festival offers visitors a journey through automotive history, featuring iconic cars from around the world. It aims to inspire new generations of enthusiasts, fostering appreciation for restoration and preservation techniques through hands-on workshops.

A standout highlight is the rare car auction, offering collectors a chance to acquire unique automobiles. Beyond the cars, the festival promises a family-friendly experience with entertainment zones, food stalls, shopping areas, and relaxation spaces.

Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al-Zoud, SOCC Chairman, emphasised the event’s significance, stating, “The festival leverages heritage to drive sustainable development, bolstering Sharjah’s status as a cultural and economic hub. This celebration of vintage cars is more than nostalgia—it embodies a creative economy in action.”

He added, “The event transforms classic cars into a vibrant industry, creating entrepreneurial opportunities and showcasing innovation. By investing in automotive heritage, Sharjah blends tradition with progress, building a sustainable future.”

Collectors and enthusiasts from the UAE and beyond will find this festival a unique platform for networking and skill-sharing. It celebrates the intersection of culture, community, and economic growth, underscoring Sharjah’s dedication to cultural tourism.
