ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, visited the 22nd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting & Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2025) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), reaffirming the UAE’s global leadership in cultural heritage and sustainability.
Running until 7 September, ADIHEX 2025 is the largest event of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, attracting exhibitors and visitors from 68 countries. With a sprawling exhibition space of 92,000 square metres, it serves as a global platform celebrating hunting, equestrian sports, Emirati craftsmanship, and environmental consciousness.
Sheikh Hamdan toured major pavilions, including EDGE Group’s Caracal stand and the Al Ghadeer Crafts pavilion, organised by Emirates Red Crescent. He engaged with local and international participants, reviewed new products and cultural initiatives, and expressed pride in the event’s continued growth.
In a statement, Sheikh Hamdan said, “ADIHEX is more than a cultural or sporting event; it shows how we preserve our heritage and pass it on to future generations in a modern way that safeguards our identity. The exhibition reflects the legacy of our forefathers, reinforces the UAE’s commitment to sustainability, and highlights the creativity of Emirati youth.”
He also praised ADIHEX as a symbol of the UAE’s vision to connect tradition with modernity and position itself as a global bridge between heritage and innovation.
Organised by ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the exhibition has become a cornerstone of the UAE’s cultural calendar. It provides unmatched networking opportunities and showcases the UAE’s enduring commitment to cultural preservation, environmental stewardship, and support for creative industries.
