SHARJAH: The ninth annual Souq Al Jubail Dates Festival has kicked off in Sharjah and will run until the end of September. This popular event features a wide range of participants, including local date shop owners from Souq Al Jubail and several external vendors.

Engineer Abdullah Al Shamsi, the Director of Sharjah City Markets, shared that the Souq Al Jubail Dates Festival is a key event that Souq Al Jubail proudly organizes each year. It’s incredibly popular with citizens, residents, and tourists, making it one of the top marketing and tourist spots in the emirate. The market’s central location in the city adds to its appeal.
