M42 announces incorporation of M42 Saudi Arabia to support Vision 2030, expanding its AI-powered healthcare innovation and renal care operations.

RIYADH: M42, the global health powerhouse integrating AI, genomics, and advanced digital care, has announced the formal incorporation of M42 Saudi Arabia, marking a pivotal expansion of its commitment to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 health transformation agenda. The announcement was made during the Global Health Exhibition (GHE) in Riyadh.

This move builds on a trusted 12-year partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health, during which M42 has operated over 40 Diaverum renal care clinics across 33 cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. The new entity, M42 Saudi Arabia, will continue to manage these clinics while expanding into more strategic areas such as precision health, digital integration, population health, and advanced omics technologies.

The incorporation also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s ambitions to shift its healthcare system from reactive models to more predictive, preventive, and personalised care. M42 Saudi Arabia will develop local specialty services, support life sciences and R&D growth, and launch Saudi-led pilot programmes that include clinical trials and health innovation collaborations.

“Saudi Arabia is the largest healthcare market in the region and a key strategic partner in our mission to build a globally scaled health intelligence ecosystem,” said Dimitris Moulavasilis, Group CEO of M42. “This incorporation represents our intent to go beyond services and work alongside the Kingdom to realise its Vision 2030 goals.”

Ziyad Kabli, COO for Middle East and Asia at M42, added that the company’s work in Saudi Arabia will now expand “from specialty renal care to system-wide collaboration in precision, preventive and predictive health.”

The announcement follows M42’s recent regional milestones, including the launch of the Middle East’s first virtual hospital in Jordan and long-term care operations in Bahrain through Amana Healthcare.

With the launch of M42 Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom is poised to gain access to some of the most advanced healthcare models in the region, reinforcing its status as a leader in integrated, sustainable, and digitally-enabled health systems.
