DUBAI: Dubai is rolling out the red carpet for the world of artificial intelligence with the debut edition of Dubai AI Week 2025, running from April 21 to 25. Organised by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence and overseen by the Dubai Future Foundation, this global event aims to position Dubai as a leading hub in shaping the future of AI.

With the focus keyphrase ‘Dubai AI Week’ front and centre, the event brings together over 10,000 participants from 100+ countries, including global tech giants like Google, Meta, Microsoft, IBM, and OpenAI. More than 180 speakers and 150 sessions will cover everything from generative AI in healthcare to prompt engineering, autonomous systems, and future education.

Flagship events include the invite-only AI Retreat at the Museum of the Future, and the Dubai Assembly for AI, hosting 2,500 global leaders at AREA 2071. The Global Prompt Engineering Championship will see 24 finalists battle for AED 1 million in prizes, while the Dubai AI Festival at Madinat Jumeirah will welcome 8,000 experts, 100 exhibitors and 500 investors.

Other highlights include the Machines Can See Summit, exploring AI’s societal impact, and the HIMSS Executive Summit, focused on digital healthcare transformation. The AI Hackathon, targeting real-world AI solutions, and AI in Schools, introducing students to AI tools, complete the programme.
