DUBAI: The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has announced the launch of its new Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility aimed at meeting the rising demand for aviation-related services in the region.
Situated in the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the landside complex spans 16,661 square metres and features 14 premium units. Designed to deliver maximum flexibility, it offers companies superior infrastructure, warehouse, office, and commercial spaces within a bonded free zone that allows 100% foreign ownership.
With its strategic location adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport, tenants will benefit from seamless operational connectivity and direct access to Dubai South’s growing logistics ecosystem. The facility’s advanced infrastructure and flexible design aim to support diverse business needs in the aerospace and logistics sectors.
Mohammad Al Falasi, Deputy CEO of MBRAH, said the launch reflects sustained growth in the aviation sector: “The Sky Support Complex is a direct response to the increasing demand from regional and global companies, as we remain committed to providing high-quality facilities that support our partners and enhance Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.”
MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination for international airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, and related industries. It is also home to maintenance centres, training campuses, and engineering facilities that align with Dubai’s vision of becoming a world-leading aviation centre.
