Sheikh Hamdan congratulates top-performing students under Dubai’s achievers’ programme, encouraging their role in shaping Dubai’s future.
DUBAI: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has congratulated the emirate’s highest-performing students for the 2024–25 academic year, praising their excellence under the Dubai Top Achievers Programme. The initiative honours top Emirati and resident students from public and private schools and reflects Dubai’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
A total of 40 students across various curricula — including the UAE Ministry of Education, US, UK, and IB systems — were selected for their academic excellence. In personalised messages, Sheikh Hamdan expressed pride in their dedication, calling them a “source of pride for Dubai” and urging them to continue their pursuit of excellence in building a brighter, more prosperous future for the emirate.
The Dubai Top Achievers Programme is part of a broader vision initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to make strategic investments in people. It aims to inspire and reward academic performance while offering opportunities at renowned local and global universities. The programme also equips students with leadership and entrepreneurial skills to help align their personal development with Dubai’s innovation-driven development model.
Recognising the families’ role in the success of these students, Sheikh Hamdan congratulated the parents for their support, which he said plays a vital role in shaping future-ready youth. Through the programme, students receive financial rewards, scholarships, and even priority eligibility for the UAE Golden Visa for themselves and their families.
The Dubai Top Achievers Programme serves as a foundation for long-term investment in education and talent — providing young scholars with a launching pad for impactful careers and public service, and positioning Dubai as a centre of excellence in human capital development.
