More than 500 top government leaders from across the UAE are set to participate in the three-day event, held from 4th to 6th November.

Guided by the vision of UAE President H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the meetings aim to build on recent national achievements and propel the country toward future milestones under the “We the UAE 2031” and UAE Centennial 2071 visions. This year’s theme is focused on accelerating strategic national priorities, expanding the UAE’s global leadership role, and fostering collaboration across sectors.

The opening day will host the Economic Data Retreat, focused on improving planning with comprehensive and reliable data. Notably, a government-wide crisis response drill will be held for the first time, showcasing enhanced inter-agency coordination.

This year’s agenda features over 40 main sessions, including a panel with H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi on leadership, updates from the National Anti-Narcotics Authority, and a session on UAE foreign policy by Dr. Anwar Gargash. Khaldoon Al Mubarak will discuss sovereign investment, and Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti will present insights on national cybersecurity.

Other highlights include sessions on healthcare, traffic innovation, and national housing. The event will conclude with awards for outstanding Union Teams and winners of the UAE Order for Culture and Creativity and the 2nd UAE AI Award.

These meetings reaffirm the UAE’s approach to proactive governance rooted in innovation, data, and social development. By uniting national teams, the UAE aims to maintain its position as a global economic and diplomatic leader, especially amid rapid global shifts.
