Jacob & Co Residences to debut on Al Marjan Island through a AED 400 million partnership with Mantra Properties, marking a milestone in UAE’s luxury real estate.
Ras Al Khaimah: Mantra Properties, a leading Indian design-led real estate developer, has joined forces with iconic watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co to launch Jacob & Co Residences on Al Marjan Island. Valued at AED 400 million, the landmark ultra-luxury project marks Mantra’s debut in the Middle East and Jacob & Co’s first branded residence on the prestigious island.
The signing ceremony, hosted at Salvaje Dubai, included a curated showcase of Jacob & Co’s signature timepieces—highlighting the artistic vision and bold innovation behind the collaboration.
Backed by 18 years of development experience, Mantra Properties has delivered over 12 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial space across Pune and Mumbai. The developer now eyes the UAE with five upcoming projects worth AED 1.3 billion over the next three years.
