CG Developers Global partners with Marriott International to unveil JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, marking a new milestone in luxury living.
DUBAI: CG Developers Global, the real estate wing of CG Corp Global, has officially partnered with Marriott International to launch the first-ever JW Marriott Residences in Dubai. Announced on 25 September 2025, the project will be located in the heart of the rapidly developing Dubai Islands and represents a major milestone in the city’s luxury residential market. The development was launched with a formal signing event and included the unveiling of the new CG Developers Global logo.
CG Developers Global, active in the Middle East for more than two decades, has developed over 2 million square feet globally with a sales value exceeding US$1 billion. With this latest initiative, the company further strengthens its footprint in the region. The project brings together CG Developers Global’s development expertise and Marriott International’s service excellence, creating a new benchmark in high-end living.
The JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central will offer 115 premium ocean-view residences available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom formats. Designed for wellness-inspired island living, residents can expect elevated experiences with amenities such as a rooftop pool, spa rooms, fitness facilities, lounges, JW Market Café, and dedicated concierge services. Each home is designed to blend architectural elegance with modern comfort.
CG Corp Global’s hospitality division, CG Hospitality Global, manages over 209 hotels and resorts in 130 destinations across 12 countries, including Dubai, Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, and Kenya. This new venture aligns with the broader hospitality vision of the group, which recently entered other significant partnerships with Marriott, including transforming The Farm at San Benito in the Philippines into an Autograph Collection property and affiliating Fern Hotels in India with Marriott’s new “Series by Marriott™” brand.
