Dubai: Dubai Racing Club (DRC) has partnered with global technology leader Zoho Corporation as its exclusive technology partner for two years. This collaboration aims to revolutionise DRC’s operations, enhancing its world-renowned events like the Dubai World Cup and improving visitor, participant, and staff experiences.

With Zoho One, Zoho’s all-encompassing suite of digital solutions, DRC will digitise event management processes, including ticketing, logistics, customer relationship management (CRM), and accreditation. His Excellency Ali Al Ali, DRC CEO, highlighted the significance of this partnership: “Technology is central to our vision of positioning Meydan as one of the most advanced racecourses globally.”

Zoho will support the DRC in critical areas such as simulcasting, parking, order management, and VIP stand navigation. Its CRM tools will deliver a personalised ticketing experience, while real-time analytics dashboards will provide operational insights to optimise event performance.
