Keeta, Meituan’s delivery arm, debuts in Dubai with 50% discounts, free delivery, and an on-time delivery guarantee.

DUBAI: Food delivery in the UAE is getting a new player as Keeta, the global subsidiary of Chinese delivery giant Meituan, officially launches in Dubai on 27 September 2025. To celebrate the Keeta Dubai launch, new users can enjoy 50% off their first orders, free delivery on all meals, and an on-time delivery guarantee backed by compensation for delays.

Already operating in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, Keeta has built a reputation for blending international expertise with local service. Its entry into Dubai highlights the city’s role as one of the region’s most competitive food delivery markets, where customers demand variety, affordability, and speed.

Through the Keeta app, users can order from a diverse mix of restaurants, including beloved local eateries such as Laffah and Feras Sweets, alongside international favourites like Hardee’s and Nando’s. The platform emphasises reliability, ensuring each order is delivered on time and offering long-term free delivery with no subscription fees or hidden charges.

Cynthia Chen, General Manager of Keeta UAE, noted, “With each market we enter, our focus is on listening, learning, and building services that genuinely add value. The UAE’s diversity and demand for trust and speed make it a perfect market for Keeta.”

The launch also aligns with the UAE’s broader economic and digital transformation goals under Vision 2031 and Centennial 2071, as Keeta aims to support national ambitions for innovation and sustainable growth in the food services sector. By leveraging Meituan’s scale—handling over 150 million daily orders for 770 million users worldwide—Keeta promises to set a new benchmark in food delivery across the UAE.

As the Keeta Dubai launch unfolds, residents can look forward to a fresh, reliable, and affordable delivery service built on the promise: “Save More With Every Order.”
