Zoho launches AI-powered CRM enhancements in MENA, enabling teams to customise workflows, design layouts, and generate reports using natural language.
Dubai: Zoho Corp has expanded its CRM for Everyone platform with powerful AI-driven features, rolling out across the MENA region to transform how businesses manage and enhance customer experiences. Powered by Zia, Zoho’s proprietary AI engine, the platform now offers simplified CRM design, automated workflows, and intuitive data access through natural language prompts.
The upgrades are built to make CRM adoption organisation-wide, removing technical barriers and enabling departments beyond sales—such as marketing, finance, onboarding, and legal—to collaborate seamlessly through a unified interface.

Among the key additions is Ask Zia for Reports, which lets users generate detailed, permission-aware reports through conversational prompts. Users can visualise, adjust, and refine the reports mid-process—an application of agentic AI that enhances flexibility and control.
Similarly, Workflow Creation with Ask Zia allows users to design custom workflows using plain-text instructions, while Custom Module Creation eliminates the need for code when tailoring CRM structures. This no-code capability lets users modify fields, permissions, and interfaces with ease.
A standout innovation is Image to Canvas, which converts visual references into fully functional CRM layouts, bridging creativity and data-driven design. This feature transforms static images into interactive dashboards and modules, optimising both aesthetics and usability.
Complementing these AI tools are two game-changing orchestration features: Connected Records and Connected Workflows. Connected Records automatically link customer context across departments, ensuring consistent, up-to-date data. Connected Workflows coordinate cross-functional tasks, enabling fluid transitions and clear accountability throughout the customer journey.
