Dubai: On Tuesday, the Dubai Government made a significant announcement affecting private schools across the emirate. They declared that due to anticipated weather conditions, all private schools will shift to remote schooling on Thursday and Friday, the 2nd and 3rd of May 2024.

This decision was reached during a meeting of Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management. The committee thoroughly reviewed the upcoming weather forecast and devised a plan to mitigate potential impacts. Their primary objective is to prioritize the safety and security of the community.

By transitioning to remote learning for these two days, authorities aim to minimize any risks posed by adverse weather conditions. This proactive approach underscores the government’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being of students, teachers, and staff members.
