Dubai: Wasl, Dubai’s real estate development and management leader, announces the launch and development of One B Tower, a new luxury high-rise located in Business Bay, a prime place with a view of the picturesque Dubai Water Canal.
Residential unit sales are scheduled for May 28th and 29th.
Strategically positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road, One B Tower is set for completion by Q2 2028, offering a harmonious blend of modern luxury and natural beauty.
The 48-story tower features one to five bedroom apartments, as well as two to four bedroom duplexes, and a penthouse.
Plans for this luxurious tower were initially revealed to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in March and are part of the “One Billion Meals Endowment” campaign.
