RAKGMO launches ‘Heart of RAK’ online to showcase Ras Al Khaimah

RAS AL KHAIMAH: Under the patronage of Sheikh Saqr bin Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK Ceramics, the Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office (RAKGMO) officially launched Heart of RAK, a comprehensive online platform dedicated to promoting the Emirate’s livability. The event took place at the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa and was attended by several high-ranking government officials from both local and federal entities.

Heba Fatani, RAKGMO Director General, highlighted that the platform aligns with the vision of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, to make the Emirate a global destination for living, working, and exploring. She emphasized that Heart of RAK was created to share Ras Al Khaimah’s story and showcase its abundant opportunities, thriving economy, and dynamic community. The platform aims to attract local and global audiences, illustrating the Emirate’s unique strengths.

The launch included a panel discussion titled ‘Quality of Life in Focus’, featuring influential leaders behind developments enhancing Ras Al Khaimah’s livability. The session was moderated by Rouba Zeidan, RAKGMO’s Head of Special Projects, and included speakers such as Eng. Abulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, Donald Bremner, COO of RAK Hospitality, and Dr. Natasha Ridge, Executive Director of the Al Qasimi Foundation.
