Dubai: Fitness enthusiasts have just a few days left to secure their tickets online at the best price for the Middle East’s leading health, fitness and wellness exhibition, featuring Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active Industry. Taking place from October 25 to 27 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, this action-packed event is expected to welcome over 38,000 visitors and 600 inspirational athletes and fitness influencers from around the world. The event is organised by IEG Middle East Dubai, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council and Dubai Tourism.

Dubai Active and Dubai Active industry
Kicking off the weekend in partnership with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, Dubai Active, will bring an unmatched lineup of fitness icons, including Leana Deeb, Kayla Itsines and Courtney Black. These internationally renowned trainers will lead a variety of fitness classes at the Active Arena and engage in Q&A sessions on the Dubai Active Talks Stage.
Additionally, Dubai Active is bringing back its Schools Initiative this year. Designed to inspire the next generation in fitness and wellness, the initiative offers free tickets to students across the UAE in partnership with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and GEMS Education, empowering young people to adopt healthier lifestyles while learning from industry experts.
A key feature of the expo is the launch of the world’s first HYROX 365 Challenge, powered by GymNation. This global fitness competition will test athletes’ endurance as they compete in one of the year’s toughest, high-octane challenges. On October 25, a special People of Determination event, in collaboration with the Heroes of Hope Foundation, celebrates fitness inclusivity, with the participation of over 50 children.
For combat sports enthusiasts, the Forge Grappling Challenge, presented by Roger Gracie Academy Dubai, will feature live Jiu-Jitsu competitions and expert-led seminars. Team Nogueira Dubai will also host the Future Champions Tournament, for attendees to spectate Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu talents.
Alongside Dubai Active, Dubai Active Industry will offer a comprehensive tradeshow experience for industry leaders. Featuring talks from top fitness entrepreneurs like Christian Toetzke, Co-Founder and CEO of HYROX and John Treharne, Founder and Chair of The Gym Group at the CEO Forum, who will deep dive into the journeys that helped them establish their global fitness brands in the region. At the Future Wellness Summit, attendees will gain insights into the latest wellness trends and innovations. The XPRO Summit, a new addition to this year, will also bring together the region’s leading coaches and exercise professionals for networking and knowledge exchange.

Dubai Muscle Show
Additionally, the Dubai Muscle Show 2024 will unite bodybuilding legends including Iranian bodybuilding icon Hadi Choopan; renowned coach Hany Rambod; two-time Mr. Olympia Big Ramy; 2019 Mr. Olympia winner Brandon Curry; seven-time winner of Mr. Olympia and American IFBB Pro Phil Heath and Kai Greene, the three-time Arnold Classic winner and Olympia runner-up. While some of these icons will share their elite training methods and champion mindsets at the Dubai Muscle Talks Stage, all will be available for meet & greets, where fans can secure autographs and photos.
The Dubai Muscle Classic, presented by Optimum Nutrition, will see competitors vying for over AED 70,000 in prize money and the chance to win 13 IFBB Pro Cards, marking a major milestone in their bodybuilding careers. This year will also introduce the Fitness Muscle Glamour (FMG) International Ladies Competition, displaying female strength in bodybuilding across categories such as Bikini Athletic, Wellness, Fitness and Figure.
