ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, met with Droupadi Murmu, President of India, to discuss the enduring friendship and cooperation between the UAE and India. The meeting took place during a reception hosted by President Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, where she warmly welcomed His Highness and his accompanying delegation.

During their conversation, Sheikh Khaled conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with his best wishes for President Murmu’s good health and India’s continued progress. In turn, President Murmu asked Sheikh Khaled to pass on her greetings to the UAE President, expressing her hopes for the UAE’s ongoing development.

Sheikh Khaled reaffirmed the commitment of both nations’ leadership to strengthen their already robust economic ties. He highlighted the importance of building on these successful relations by exploring new opportunities for collaboration in various sectors, including trade and investment, aiming for mutual prosperity and sustainable growth.

The meeting underscored the shared vision of UAE and Indian leaders to deepen cooperation and open new avenues for partnership. This visit to India, which included a comprehensive agenda, further demonstrated the strong bonds between the two nations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Sheikh Khaled signed the guestbook at Rashtrapati Bhavan, leaving a heartfelt message that reflected the deep historical ties between the UAE and India.
