UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has arrived in Doha, warmly received by Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
DOHA: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in the Qatari capital Doha today for a fraternal visit to the State of Qatar.
Upon arrival at Hamad International Airport, His Highness was welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. Senior Qatari officials, including Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Personal Representative of the Emir, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, were also present to receive the delegation.
Accompanying Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed on the visit is a high-level delegation of UAE leaders, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence; H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; and several other senior officials.
The visit underlines the strong fraternal ties between the UAE and Qatar, with both nations continuing to enhance cooperation across political, economic, and cultural fields.
