ABU DHABI: The 22nd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2025) opens this week, from 30 August to 7 September, at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Organised under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and in collaboration with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, ADIHEX 2025 Abu Dhabi will be the largest in its history, covering 92,000 square metres and welcoming 68 countries.

This year’s edition features participation from 2,068 brands, marking a 21% increase over 2024. The exhibition has expanded dramatically since its launch in 2003, now hosting exhibitors and brands from across the globe and showcasing the UAE’s dedication to preserving heritage while embracing innovation.

The event spans 15 sectors — including falconry, hunting, equestrian, camel auctions, and newly added areas like Arabian Saluki, knives, and a traditional Souq. ADIHEX 2025 Abu Dhabi will also present eight falcon auctions, a record number, and 46 falcon farms, which marks a 318% growth from last year.

Daily events will run from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, welcoming thousands of heritage lovers, falconers, equestrian professionals, and families. There will be over 21 community-focussed events, nearly double the number from 2024, as well as expanded interactive zones and cultural showcases.

Officials including His Excellency Majid Ali Al Mansouri of the Emirates Falconers’ Club and Humaid Al Dhaheri of ADNEC Group highlighted the exhibition’s growth and its vital role in reinforcing the UAE’s leadership in cultural heritage, wildlife preservation, and sustainable tourism.

Visitors can expect a blend of tradition and modernity, with top-notch exhibitions, product launches, live auctions, and a strong focus on environment, sustainability, and cross-cultural connection. Tickets are available online via the official ADIHEX website.
