Dubai: Chelsea Football Club has announced a landmark collaboration with DAMAC Properties to launch the Chelsea Residences in Dubai Maritime City, the first branded real estate project by the English Premier League club. This premium residential development blends luxury urban living with exclusive Chelsea FC-inspired design and amenities, targeting both local and international buyers.
The project will feature more than 1,400 upscale apartments overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Designed with football fans and high-end residents in mind, the residences will include a rooftop Chelsea-branded football pitch, digital match simulators, a club lounge, fitness centres, and wellness spaces. These elements aim to integrate Chelsea’s sporting legacy into residents’ daily lives while offering top-tier lifestyle experiences.
DAMAC, already known for its partnerships with luxury brands such as Cavalli and de GRISOGONO, has become Chelsea’s Official Property Development Partner. The announcement also included a short-term sponsorship agreement placing the DAMAC logo on Chelsea’s shirt sleeve for the remainder of the 2024/25 football season.
