EFMS 2025 opens in Sharjah, showcasing the A2RL Autonomous Formula 1 Car and latest electric vehicle innovations from around the world.
SHARJAH: The Middle East’s premier event for electric and sustainable transportation, the Evolve Future Mobility Show (EFMS 2025), kicks off tomorrow at Expo Centre Sharjah and will run until October 18. The exhibition promises to redefine the future of green mobility in the region, bringing together innovators, manufacturers, and policymakers from across the globe.
Organised by MIE Events and supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Evolve Future Mobility Show is the first exhibition in the Middle East fully dedicated to electric and new energy vehicles. The event aligns with the UAE’s national drive to reduce carbon emissions and shift toward clean, renewable energy sources in transportation.
One of the most anticipated attractions at EFMS 2025 is the unveiling of the A2RL Autonomous Formula 1 Car — the world’s most advanced self-driving racing vehicle. Capable of reaching speeds over 340 km/h without a human driver, the car represents a groundbreaking milestone in both autonomous technology and motorsport.
Visitors can also immerse themselves in a realistic Formula 1 driving experience through a state-of-the-art F1 simulator that mirrors the design and function of a professional racing cockpit.
The Evolve Future Mobility Show features more than ten specialised sectors covering electric passenger and commercial vehicles, electric bicycles, hydrogen-powered cars, EV charging solutions, smart mobility systems, and renewable energy integrations. Key participants include Tesla, VinFast, OMODA JAECOO, InfyPower, ION Mobility, and Shanghai Silverstones Automotive.
Government entities like the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) and BEEAH Group are also showcasing innovations and policy initiatives supporting the UAE’s EV goals. Over 5,000 visitors are expected, including investors, engineers, government officials, and EV enthusiasts.
Alongside the exhibition, the event will host a robust international conference programme, with over 100 speakers across 20 sessions. Topics will include UAE EV policy, integration of EVs into commercial fleets, investment strategies, infrastructure expansion, and innovations shaping the future of clean mobility.
The Evolve Future Mobility Show aims to serve as a regional hub for collaboration and innovation, enabling stakeholders to forge new partnerships and scale sustainable transport solutions across the Middle East and beyond.
