The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) provided housing support worth AED1.725 billion to over 3,000 Emirati citizens in the first half of 2025.
DUBAI: In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has delivered AED1.725 billion in housing support packages during the first half of 2025.
The support, benefiting 3,027 citizens, reflects the Establishment’s continued efforts to enhance family stability and quality of life for Emiratis. The packages included 1,390 housing schemes worth AED1.184 billion, enabling citizens to build, maintain, and purchase homes. In addition, 935 housing grants worth AED540.3 million supported home construction, maintenance, and ownership requests, while 695 land grants were also distributed as part of the integrated support system.
His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, Acting CEO of MBRHE, emphasised that the achievements reflect the leadership’s vision of empowering citizens through innovative and flexible housing solutions. “We are committed to translating the noble directives into tangible results by innovating a comprehensive housing system built on efficiency and service quality, contributing to higher levels of family and social stability,” he said.
The housing support programme is aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Social Agenda 33, both of which aim to position Dubai as a global leader in quality of life. By creating a sustainable housing ecosystem, the initiative contributes to social cohesion while supporting economic growth.
