At GITEX Global 2025, Tensor unveils its AI-powered Robocar — the first L4 autonomous vehicle for personal ownership, redefining mobility and privacy.
DUBAI: At GITEX Global 2025, Silicon Valley-based autonomous mobility pioneer Tensor is showcasing a global first: the Tensor Robocar, the world’s first fully autonomous L4 vehicle designed specifically for personal ownership. On display at Zabeel Hall 3, this innovation marks a transformational step in AI-powered personal transport.
The Tensor Robocar isn’t just another autonomous vehicle. Built from the ground up, it’s designed to prioritise safety, privacy, and user control. Equipped with over 100 sensors, radar-transparent materials, and dual-mode design, it offers 360-degree awareness and a driving experience defined by seamless intelligence.
Unlike typical RoboTaxis that collect and control user data, Tensor ensures on-board data sovereignty — all personal data remains inside the vehicle, end-to-end encrypted and user-controlled. The AI-driven Tensor Foundation Model powers the vehicle’s decision-making, trained on millions of real and simulated scenarios.
“Dubai doesn’t just showcase innovation; it lives it,” said Amy Luca, Chief Marketing Officer at Tensor. “We’re here because this city understands the future isn’t something to wait for — it’s something to build.”
Supported by global partners like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, NVIDIA, and Marsh, Tensor also unveils the world’s first insurance model for personal Robocars — pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in consumer autonomy.
The company’s growing presence in the UAE includes a regional office and long-term commitment to the market. Hugo Fozzati, Chief Business Officer, noted, “This isn’t about horsepower anymore — it’s brainpower. Our Robocar gives people the freedom to ‘Own Your Autonomy’.”
Till October 17, visitors to GITEX can experience the Robocar up close — a vehicle built not for fleets, but for individuals ready to embrace the next era of smart mobility. With Dubai as its launchpad, Tensor is accelerating into a future of freedom, trust, and AI-first design.
