DUBAI: In a move aimed at making unemployment support more accessible, Al Ansari Exchange has launched a new cash payout service for Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) insurance claims. This service allows insured individuals to collect their compensation directly from any of the company’s 270+ branches across the UAE.

The initiative, developed in partnership with the ILOE Insurance Pool PSC and under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), represents a significant step toward enhancing financial inclusivity. It ensures that eligible workers who lose their jobs can access timely support without the need for a bank account or digital platforms.

Ali Al Najjar, Chief Operating Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, said, “Providing accessible financial solutions to individuals across all segments of society is at the heart of our mission. This new service ensures that beneficiaries receive timely support when they need it most.”

Claimants under the ILOE scheme must submit their applications within 30 days of job loss through the official website, mobile app, or by contacting the ILOE call centre. Once approved, the compensation can be collected in cash from any Al Ansari Exchange branch.

The new service highlights a continued effort to strengthen social protection and financial wellbeing for the UAE’s workforce, offering convenient and immediate support to those facing temporary unemployment.
