Dubai South’s Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub has unveiled The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a luxury aviation and retail development set to open in 2026.
DUBAI: The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has announced the launch of The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a landmark development designed to meet growing demand for premium aviation services and luxury experiences in the emirate.
The boulevard, strategically located next to MBRAH’s thriving VIP Terminal, will stretch 769 metres and feature 16 premium buildings across 204,000 square metres. It will offer state-of-the-art facilities for global aviation companies alongside high-end retail spaces for luxury brands. The project will be delivered in phases, with the first completions expected in 2026.
Construction is already underway on Aviation One, a six-storey building that blends modern architectural design with advanced functional layouts, setting the tone for the boulevard’s innovative and world-class offering.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, hailed the launch as a reflection of Dubai’s leadership in aviation. “The growing demand for aviation services in the emirate is a direct reflection of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the advanced ecosystem in MBR Aerospace Hub which is beyond the aviation industry’s expectations,” he said.
Sheikh Ahmed added that as Dubai moves closer to the completion of Al Maktoum International Airport, the city will cement its role as a global aviation leader. “The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at MBRAH. It will open new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to flourish,” he noted.
As part of Dubai South, MBRAH already serves as a hub for airlines, private jet companies, MROs (maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers), training centres, and aerospace research. With the addition of The VIP Terminal Boulevard, the emirate continues to reinforce its position as one of the world’s top destinations for aviation excellence and luxury travel experiences.
