Sheikha Jawaher toured Al Mamsha, Sharjah’s first walkable community, highlighting the emirate’s vision for sustainable and people-focused urban living.

SHARJAH: H.H. Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Sharjah Family & Community Council, visited Al Mamsha, Alef Group’s flagship development and the emirate’s first fully walkable community. Her visit marks a significant endorsement of Sharjah’s urban planning ambitions and focus on quality, innovative living.

During her tour, Sheikha Jawaher explored Al Mamsha’s pedestrian-friendly features, including shaded walkways and eco-conscious architectural design that utilises natural wind flow for cooling. She was also briefed on the development’s progress, upcoming handovers, and retail expansion plans that will further enhance its status as Sharjah’s vibrant lifestyle hub.

Her Highness visited key destinations across the community including Alef Sales Center, Sharjah Business Women Council, Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation, and several F&B and retail outlets such as Honore Café, Allo Beirut and JINS. With more than 2,000 residents and over 1.24 million visitors recorded in 2025, Al Mamsha has fast emerged as a key destination for community living.
