BERLIN: The spotlight was on innovation as four leading tech journalists and influencers named 17 winners of the Gadgety Awards at ShowStoppers @ IFA 2025, recognising the most groundbreaking consumer electronics and home appliances launched this year.

The awards jury included Helena Stone (Geekspin.co), Nick Gray (Phandroid.com), Eliane Fiolet (Ubergizmo.com), and Isa Rodriguez (@IsaDoes). Together, they evaluated dozens of new launches to select standout products that combined cutting-edge technology with real-world utility.

Winners included the 3i G10+, the world’s first robot vacuum with debris compression and extendable mop; Acemate’s AI-powered Tennis Robot, capable of true rally play; and the Jackery Solar Roof, a sustainable solution merging solar power with sleek architectural design. Other highlights ranged from AI-driven pet companions like the SwitchBot AI Pet to rugged tablets, smart home devices, advanced 3D printers, and next-generation hearing aids.

“The IFA 2025 Gadgety Awards at ShowStoppers showcase an extraordinary year for consumer technology innovation,” said Helena Stone, editor-in-chief of Geekspin. “What impressed our judging panel most was how these products don’t just push technological boundaries — they solve genuine problems and enhance daily life in meaningful ways.”
