Jeddah: Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Passports revealed that by May 26, a total number of 532,958 pilgrims had arrived for this year’s Hajj season in Saudi Arabia.
According to agencies, this number includes pilgrims entering the Kingdom through all border crossings.
Most pilgrims — 523,729 — arrived by air, 9,210 crossed land borders, and 19 arrived by sea.
The directorate emphasized its dedication to facilitating a smooth arrival experience for all pilgrims.
