ADSM and UIBC-UC sign MoU to empower youth with cross-border innovation, mentorship, and leadership programs.
Dubai: The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE–India Business Council–UAE Chapter (UIBC-UC) to jointly advance youth entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership development over the next three years.
The partnership, effective through July 2028, aims to create inclusive opportunities for young professionals through knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and academic-industry collaboration. It marks a major step forward in strengthening the UAE–India education and innovation corridor.
ADSM, known for its entrepreneurial and innovation-led academic ethos, will collaborate with UIBC-UC—a business council backed by the UAE and Indian governments and supported by 18 founding institutions managing over USD 1 trillion in assets.
The MoU outlines an ambitious agenda of joint activities, including conferences, workshops, and seminars featuring thought leaders from the UAE, India, and global innovation hubs. These events will offer young entrepreneurs and students access to global best practices and business insights.
A key highlight of the alliance is the launch of a structured mentorship platform, connecting ADSM students and alumni with UIBC-UC business leaders and innovators. The initiative will also roll out professional development programs focused on innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable leadership.
Joint research projects will explore emerging areas such as youth-led SMEs, cross-border innovation, and entrepreneurship trends in the region. ADSM will serve as a key knowledge partner for UIBC-UC’s broader agenda, contributing to white papers and policy roundtables.
UIBC-UC will also facilitate academic collaborations between ADSM and leading universities, labs, and incubators in India.
ADSM Chairman Dr. Tayeb Kamali stated, “This partnership builds cross-border bridges to inspire a generation of leaders.” UIBC-UC Chairman Faizal Kottikollon added, “Together, we’re creating a platform for regional innovation and global impact.”
