DUBAI: Emirates Nature-WWF has launched a new summer training series called ‘Nature’s Resilience’ to educate and inspire the UAE community about nature and environmental conservation.
As part of their Leaders of Change program, this series aims to empower nature enthusiasts and changemakers with knowledge on environmental issues and sustainable solutions. Over the course of 10 engaging sessions, participants will virtually explore the diverse landscapes of the UAE, from its expansive deserts to coastal areas and vibrant oases. They’ll learn about the intricate connections between biodiversity, climate change, and our own well-being.
Led by experts through interactive workshops and masterclasses, the series emphasizes the importance of conserving biodiversity and adopting sustainable practices. It also encourages participants to get involved in citizen science and conservation efforts, promising a certificate to those who complete seven or more sessions.
