Big Ticket awards AED 50,000 each to lucky winners from Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India during its weekly September e-draw.
ABU DHABI: The popular raffle draw Big Ticket continues to make dreams come true, as four individuals from Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India each walked away with AED 50,000 during its third weekly e-draw for September 2025. The excitement is building as the final draw of the month approaches on October 3.
Among the lucky winners is Connie Tabalujan, a 53-year-old travel agent freelancer from Indonesia, who has lived in Abu Dhabi for 17 years. Although the ticket was in her name, it was her husband and his colleagues who purchased it. “We thought it was a scam at first,” Connie shared. “But once we saw our name online, we were overjoyed!” The group plans to share the prize, and the couple aims to buy a new laptop with their share.
From Dubai, Shiju Muthathian Veettil, a 39-year-old bartender from Kerala, finally received the long-awaited call after eight years of trying his luck. Shiju, who pooled the ticket with 11 colleagues, said: “We’ll split the money and keep trying. You never know—one day could be yours.”
Prajin Malath, a 40-year-old Bangalore native working in Qatar, also struck gold. Introduced to Big Ticket just four months ago, he shares the winnings with a friend. “I’ll use my part to start something in India,” he said, adding he’ll continue entering the draws.
Lastly, Farhana Akter MD Harun, a 43-year-old Bangladeshi restaurant owner from Al Ain, who entered under his wife’s name, plans to invest in his restaurant and give back to his community.
The big ticket winners 2025 are part of the month-long campaign that culminates on October 3 with a grand prize draw and the reveal of four finalists in the Big Win Contest, where prizes range between AED 50,000 and AED 150,000.
Also up for grabs this month is a Range Rover Velar under the Dream Car prize, followed by a Nissan Patrol draw in November. In-store buyers can enjoy bundle offers like buy 2, get 2 free for raffle tickets, and buy 2, get 3 free for the Dream Car contest.
