DUBAI: Dubai Customs’ Corporate Communication Department has won the prestigious “Excellence Level – Five Stars” award in Government Communication at the International Best Practice Competition (IBPC). This award recognizes the department’s achievements, innovations, and future vision, supporting Dubai’s aim to foster an innovation-driven environment and institutionalize creativity.

The award also boosts Dubai’s global standing, as the IBPC is a renowned international competition where organizations showcase best practices in excellence and leadership. This year, 72 organizations from 10 countries participated.
Dr. Abdulla Mohammed Busenad, Director General of Dubai Customs, expressed pride in the award, highlighting its reflection of Dubai Customs’ commitment to creativity, innovation, and improving the customs experience.
