Dubai Land Department secures the Inspirational Brand award at Asia-Pacific Enterprise Awards 2025, affirming its global real estate leadership.

DUBAI: Dubai Land Department (DLD) has added another accolade to its name by winning the ‘Inspirational Brand’ award at the Asia-Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025. Dubai Land Department wins Inspirational Brand award at APEA 2025, highlighting its position as a leader in the global real estate sector.

The honour recognises DLD’s role in reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a premier destination for real estate investment through its innovative, transparent, and investor-friendly ecosystem. With world-class procedures, flexible regulations, and advanced digital systems, DLD has been instrumental in driving growth and foreign investment into the emirate.

DLD’s digital-first approach has transformed services, with artificial intelligence powering innovations such as real estate advertising governance, the Smart Rental Index, and Smart Valuation tools, all accessible through the Dubai REST app. These initiatives simplify investor transactions while ensuring efficiency and transparency.

In the first half of 2025, DLD recorded over 1.3 million real estate procedures, including more than 125,000 transactions worth AED 431 billion. It also attracted 59,000 new investors and recorded real estate investments worth AED 326 billion, underscoring the sector’s robust appeal both regionally and globally.

The Inspirational Brand award also reflects DLD’s commitment to sustainability, employee well-being, and community engagement. Between 2021 and 2023, its environmental and health initiatives achieved success rates of over 93%, while community satisfaction with its social responsibility projects exceeded 95%.

Through its strategic role in advancing the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, Dubai Land Department wins Inspirational Brand award at APEA 2025 as a symbol of Dubai’s global leadership in real estate governance and innovation.
